Nadan Mezhukkupuratti

Ingredients: –

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 3 green chillies, slit
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 medium size Onion finely sliced
  • 2 large potatoes cut into thick sticks
  • 200 gms French Beans cut into 2inch pieces
  • Salt

Directions

  • In a kadhai, heat oil.
  • Add slit green chillies and fry.
  • Add sliced onions and fry till lightly brown.
  • Add the turmeric powder and sauté
  • Next add in the potatoes and French beans and coat it will in the masala.
  • Add salt as per taste 
  • Cook for about 10 to 12 mins, occasionally stirring.
  • Serve with chapatti or rice and dal.
