Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Dr. Mohan Yadav will perform Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of development projects worth 685 crore Rs in the state under Swachh Bharat and Amrit Yojana today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually participate in the Swachhata Diwas program.
Swachhata Hi Seva program to be held today at Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Center,Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav will provide an incentive amount of 3 thousand Rs each to 2 thousand 314 Safai Mitras of Ujjain as Municipal Corporation Ujjain gets three star rating. On this occasion, virtual Bhoomi Pujan will also be done for Sagar’s sewerage scheme worth about 300 crore Rs and water supply schemes of Seoni-Malwa and Chhindwara of around 130 crore Rs. The Chief Minister will perform Bhoomi Pujan of sewerage and water supply projects in 19 other urban bodies of the state.In the program, the chief municipal officers who have done excellent work in Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan-2024 will also be honoured.
