In the IPL Cricket, Royal Challengers Bengaluru defeated Chennai Super Kings by 50 runs at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai last night. Chasing 197 for victory, Chennai Super Kings scored 146 for loss of 8 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Rajat Patidar of RCB was adjudged player of the match for contributing 51 off 32 balls. Put in to bat, RCB scored 196 for 7 in 20 overs. Rachin Ravindra with 41 was highest scorer for Chennai. Noor Ahmad picked up 3 wickets while Matheesha Pathirana scalped 2 wickets for CSK.
Josh Hazlewood picked up 3 wickets while Yash Dayal and Liam Livingstone scalped 2 wickets each for RCB.
