Indo-China Standoff: Fresh action by Chinese army foiled; Indian security forces on high alert

Indo-China standoff in East Ladakh continues. This is the second time that the Indian Army has foiled fresh action by the Chinese troops. As per the reports, on Monday the Chinese troops tried to create agitations. The Chinese army was trying to take positions closer to Indian post at the South Bank of Pangong Tso.

Chinese provocations have been thwarted by the Indian troops. The Indian troops have also made precautionary deployments in the area. Seeing the Indian deployment, the Chinese retreated. Indian security forces are on high alert along the LAC.

Maroof Raza says this is a diversionary tactic for the army. They are trying to capture the areas close to Tibet.
