Indian Oil Corporation reports net profit of Rs 8,781.3 cr for March quarter


Country’s biggest oil company, Indian Oil Corporation today reported a net profit of Rs. 8,781.3 crore for the March quarter. The company had registered a loss of 5,185.3 crore rupees in the same period last year, but posted a sharp 78.6 percent growth in profits at 4,916.6 crore rupees in the December 2020 quarter. The company has declared a dividend of 1.5 rupees per equity share.
