Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Monday that the friendship between India and America is for the global good. This will make our planet better and stronger. PM Modi said this today by retweeting the tweet of US President Joe Biden. Biden in his tweet, has said that the friendship between America and India is one of the most important friendships in the world. It’s stronger, closer and more dynamic than ever.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Modi said that he agrees with his words. The friendship between our countries is a force for global good. It will make the planet better and more sustainable. The things that have come to light during my recent visit will strengthen our bond even more.
Prime Minister Modi returned late at night on Sunday after visiting America. During this time, further integration has become possible in Indo-American relations.
Earlier, during his US visit, PM Modi interacted with the members of the Indian community on June 23, 2023 at the Ronald Reagan Centre in Washington D.C. He congratulated Indian community members for the success in their respective fields in USA and invited them to contribute to India’s growth. PM Modi also thanked them for playing a significant role in strengthening India-USA ties, and highlighted future areas of bilateral partnership.
PM Modi also addressed a gathering of professionals in USA on June 23, 2023 at the John F. Kennedy Centre in Washington D.C. The event was organized by US–India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF). Secretary of State of USA, H.E. Antony Blinken also graced the occasion.
PM Modi highlighted the profound transformation currently underway in India and the strides being made in various sectors. Stressing that “This is the moment”, Prime Minister invited the professionals to forge partnerships with India. The event was attended by around 1000 leading professions hailing from diverse fields.
