Indian senior women’s football team will face home favourite Nepal in the SAFF Women’s Championship semi-final at the Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu today.

In the group stage, Captain Ashalata Devi led Indian team, defeated Pakistan 5-2 but lost to Bangladesh 1-3. Nepal drew 0-0 with Bhutan, triumphed 11-0 against Maldives, and beat Sri Lanka 6-0.
