Union Home Minister Amit Shah today chaired a meeting in New Delhi to review the implementation of three new criminal laws in Uttarakhand. Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Pushkar Singh Dhami, Home Secretary Govind Mohan, Uttarakhand Chief Secretary Radha Raturi, and senior officials were present at the meeting.Later speaking to media, Chief Minister Dhami said the new laws have been implemented in the country since July, and Uttarakhand is working rapidly to implement these laws. He said, today, the work which has been done in the state so far to establish these laws, has been reviewed in detail. Mr. Dhami said the new laws will work to give a new direction to the country.
