In Gujarat, the twelve students of Sainik School, Balachadi in Jamnagar brought laurels to school after their names appeared in the Final Merit List for National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune. According to official sources, these students of school have cleared NDA Written Examination and Services Selection Board successfully.
The Sainik School has been engaged in preparing cadets for entry to NDA and has been successful in sending more than 400 cadets to Defence Services since its inception.
Group Captain Ravinder Singh, Principal of Sainik School, Balachadi congratulated these cadets and their proud family members on this occasion. He expressed hope that success of these cadets will definitely motivate the other students of Sainik School, Balachadi as well as the students of different schools of Gujarat to work hard to join Defence Services to serve the nation.
