‘Gone too soon, shocked by his passing away’: PM Modi condoles actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday took to Twitter and condoled the passing away of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

The prime minister described Rajput as “a bright young actor gone too soon”.

“He excelled on TV and in films. His rise in the world of entertainment inspired many and he leaves behind several memorable performances,” PM Modi tweeted.

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput allegedly committed suicide and was found dead at his Bandra house in Mumbai on Sunday. The Mumbai Police have confirmed the news of the death the 34-year-old actor.
