Delhi Police today arrested a wanted kingpin of an inter-state narcotic drug cartel. The arrested kingpin had a reward of Rs 1 lakh on his head.
29 year old Refauqat was arrested on December and the police examined him about the involvement of any other members in this drug cartel.
