Delhi govt decides not to hold offline exams upto class 8th students

Delhi government has decided not to hold offline exams for students till Class 8. Delhi Directorate of Education has issued guidelines in regards assessments for students of classes 3 to 8. There is no directive for Class 9 and 11.

As per the guidelines, there will be no offline examination for students of classes 3 to 8. The assessment will be done on the basis of worksheets and assignments. The guidelines also shared assessment criteria for students of classes Nursery to 2.
 
For students of Classes nursery to Class 2, grades/marks will be awarded on the basis of the Winter Break Assignments and responses of the students for the online/offline worksheets shared during the pandemic with the guardians via digital mode. All students of classes Nursery to Standard 2 will be promoted to the next class for the academic session 2021-22.
