BJP Organises Namo Marathon in Kolkata and Siliguri for PM Modi’s Birthday

The Bharatiya Janata Party organised the Namo Marathon in Kolkata and Siliguri today as part of the Seva Parv campaign in connection with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday celebration. BJP is celebrating the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from 17th September. Various programmes have been arranged which will end on 2nd October.

The aim of Namo Marathon is to make a drugs-free India. Today the marathon started from the house of Swami Vivekananda at Simla area of Kolkata. It ended at the statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose at the five point crossing of Shyambazar area of Kolkata. BJP leader and Union Minister of State for Education and DoNER Dr Sukanta Majumdar, BJP state president Shamik Bhattacharya and Yuva morcha president Indranil Khan were present on the occasion, among others
