His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received, at the Gudaibiya Palace, the US Ambassador to Bahrain, Justin Siberell, and discussed with him the distinguished relations between the two countries, and ways to bolster them in various fields.
HRH the Prime Minister lauded the cooperation and friendship relations between Bahrain and the US, as well as the solid strategic partnership binding them, which, he said has contributed to achieving their interests and benefits across various fields.
HRH Premier underlined the kingdom’s keenness to enhance its relations with the US, and broaden cooperation with it, through increasing joint investments and invigorating bilateral trade exchange by supporting the efforts of the private sector in this regard.
The Prime Minister reviewed with the envoy the latest regional and global developments, commending the efforts exerted by the United States to strengthen the pillars of security and stability in the region and the world, affirming the importance of dealing with the current security challenges collectively in order to safeguard global peace and stability.
Ambassador Siberell expressed his country’s pride in the interest of the Government of Bahrain, led by HRH the Prime Minister, in enhancing the Bahraini-US friendship and cooperation relations in various fields.
He also lauded Bahrain’s role in and contributions to international efforts to maintain regional security and stability
