Andhra Pradesh Governor Sri Biswa Bhusan Harichandan and Chief Minister Sri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy have congratulated ISRO scientists for the successful launch of PSLV- C 49.
Governor Sri Biswa Bhusan Harichandan has hailed the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) scientists for successful launch of the PSLV C-49 launch vehicle from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR in Sriharikota and for placing ten satellites in the space orbit including the earth observation satellite of India.
The Chief Minister Mr Reddy, has wished the ISRO success in all future endeavours.
India successfully launched its latest earth observation satellite EOS-01 and nine customer satellites on board its Polar rocket from Sriharikota in Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh here on Saturday.
EOS-01 is intended for applications in agriculture, forestry, and disaster management support, the space agency said.
