AgustaWestland case: Supreme Court issues notice to Rajiv Saxena on alleged violations of I-T & Black money laws

AgustaWestland case: Supreme Court today stayed the Delhi High Court order allowing the plea of accused-turned-approver Rajiv Saxena to go abroad for medical treatment. Supreme Court also issued notice to Rajiv Saxena, as senior lawyer and Solicitor General Tushar Mehta appearing for the ED, told the Court that certain new facts had surfaced on alleged violations of I-T & Black money laws. Further hearing after 3 weeks.
