Actor Vikram’s son Dhruve scot-free after hit and run case in Chennai

August 12: A hit and run case has been reported in Chennai involving actor Vikram’s son Dhurve at wee hours of today morning. At least 2 people have been injured in the incident.

Within 12 hours of the incident the police has only pressed minor charges against the actor’s son and allowed him to go on bail. Sources say no drunk and drive tests were done.

The FIR was registered only on charges of 279 IPC (Rash Driving) and 337 (Endangering the life of others) and the accused Actor Vikram’s son Dhurve and his friends were released on station bail.

 

According to eyewitness, the actor’s son car rammed into an auto and did not stop after the incident, later the car was found in another location.

Police claims no complaint was lodged and hence they were allowed to go on station bail.
