Hundreds killed in Sulawesi, indonesia after 7.5 magnitude earthquake & tsunami

A powerful 7.5 magnitude earthquake hit the Indonesian island of Sulawesi on Friday, leaving at least 384 people dead and hundreds injured, according to reports.

The footage filmed in Ako Village, located in West Sulawesi, shows the extent of the damage from the disaster.

Following the quake, a tsunami hit the western coast of the island. Waves reaching a towering 1.5 metres (5 ft.) brought down bridges and buildings, and caused a major power cut.
