The government is expected to introduce the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill, 2019 in Rajya Sabha today. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will introduce a Bill further to amend the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Amendment) Bill, 2019 is listed for consideration and passing in Rajya Sabha. The Right to Information (Amendment) Bill, 2019 will also be taken up for consideration and passing in the House.
In Lok Sabha, The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Amendment Bill, 2019 is listed for consideration and passing. The National Medical Commission Bill, 2019 has also been listed for consideration and passing.
