Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will be on a day-long visit to Gujarat today. The Minister will visit the Bullet Train Track Slab manufacturing facility at Kim in Surat. Mr. Vaishnaw will also visit Plasser India factory in Vadodara.
Later in the day, the Minister is scheduled to attend the second convocation of Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya in Vadodara. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will also be present on the occasion. Our correspondent reports that a total of 239 students from various streams will be awarded degrees during the convocation ceremony.
