In Gujarat, various programmes are being organized to mark the 155th birth anniversary of the Father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi today. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya will participate in the prayer meet at Kirti Mandir, the birth place of Mahatma Gandhi in Porbandar. They will also take part in Shramadan programme at Sudama Chowk in Porbandar. Dr Mansukhbhai Mandaviya will also purchase Khadi on the occasion. An all religion prayer will also be organized at Sabarmati Gandhi Ashram in Ahmedabad in the presence of renowned Gujarati writer Raghuveer Chaudhary.
