In Uttarakhand, 7 days are left for the opening of the Portals of Bhoo Baikunth Badrinath Dham. The district administration is finalizing the preparations at Badrinath Dham. The painting work in the temple has been completed. Electricity, water, and telecommunication services have been restored by completely sanitizing the Dham. The highway has been opened for traffic after clearing the snow.
Giving this information today, District Magistrate Himanshu Khurana said that all the preparations for the Yatra have been made. He also said that the BRO has been directed to fix the danger zones on the Yatra route and to install additional machines at these places.
