The United Nations has welcomed the ceasefire deal that has been agreed to a cessation of hostilities in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone on Tuesday.
Spokesman to UN Secretary General Stephane Dujarric said that its consistent focus has been the need to protect civilians and the need for humanitarian access.
