As people have been staying at home, many are reliving the good old days of their childhood. While some people have hunted board games in their storerooms, others downloaded online versions of board games to play with their family and friends. Among the list of most favourite board games is Ludo.

The board game is treated like a war zone in many households. So much so that a 24-year-old woman from Bhopal approached a family court after she was defeated several times in the game of Ludo by her father.

But aren’t you bored with the traditional and online version of the game? What if you could play the game with a twist? A video of a family playing a DIY version of Ludo has gone viral on social media. The video shows the DIY board drawn on the floor as players use lemons, tomatos, brinjals and bitter gourds in place of tokens.

“Online version is so outdated,” the video shared on Instagram by RJ Abhinav is captioned.

The hilarious video has gone viral, collecting more than 1.86 lakh likes. Many netizens who wanted to try the new version of Ludo tagged their friends. Others wondered about the missing fourth player.

One user said, “Goti chaar ki lagi hai ….khel 3 rahe hai (Tokens are kept for four people, but only three are playing).” Another wrote, “Organic ludo.”

A third user commented, “100% natural ludo.” Yet another added, “End mein jis colour ki goti jeeti wo banegi (Whichever token wins in the end, that vegetable will be cooked).”

What do you think about this DIY organic Ludo? Would you play it with your family and friends?
