The Students Islamic Organisation of India (SIO) has expressed concerns about the Pakistani terror attack in Pulwama on 14 February.
It has offered condolences to the families of the martyred CRPF soldiers.
SIO Goa Unit President Suheb Naik in a statement that it was distressing to hear about the loss of 44 CRPF soldiers. The SIO also stated that it condemns terrorist actions vehemently.
The SIO has stressed that this is the time for the whole country to be united. Its statement appreciated the Modi government’s decision to thoroughly investigate into the reasons for the attack.
It also called for people not to get carried away by fake news circulated through social media.
