Spending of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) funds for COVID-19 to be eligible for CSR activity. Government of India

In lieu of the pandemic declared by the World Health Organisation (WHO) in the wake of the spread of COVID-19, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has herby clarified the spending of CSR funds for COVID-19 is eligible CSR activity. The funds may be used for activities related to healthcare, preventive measures, sanitation and disaster management.
