Another airline, Indigo, has also cancelled flights to and from Jammu, Srinagar, Leh, Amritsar, Chandigarh and Rajkot today.
The operations remain normal at Delhi airport. In a social media post, the airport said that, due to changing airspace conditions and enhanced security measures mandated by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, some flight schedules may be affected, and security processing times could be longer. It advised passengers to stay updated through their respective airlines, follow hand baggage and check-in baggage regulations, arrive early to account for potential delays at security checkpoints, cooperate with airline and security staff for smooth facilitation and check flight status through the airline or the official Delhi Airport website. It advised all passengers to rely on official sources for accurate information and avoid sharing unverified content.
