Supreme Court has dismissed appeal against Delhi High Court’s order that allowed Central vista construction in the National capital. Delhi High Court had earlier refused to stay the construction of Central vista Project during pandemic. The order had also imposed cost of Rs One lakh for filing motivated petition against the project.
Delhi High Court had also held that the Central Vista Project is a project of National importance and public is interested in this project.
