IndSamachar Bureau: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has increased the number of Group C vacancies for the ALP and Technicians post to 64371 from earlier 26,502. With this, the number of vacancies has gone up by 143%. The Board announced 27,795 vacancies for ALP and 36,576 for Technicians posts. Interested candidates can check the official notification of board’s official website.
With the latest update, the RRB is also providing an opportunity for candidates who have applied and appeared for RRB ALP exam to select the RRB and fill the priority option for the Railway/Unit and posts, modify bank account details for application fee refund till October 1. And to enter the choice, candidates needs to log in using their id and password.
The RRB ALP recruitment exam is conducted for the posts of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician in Indian Railways. There are more than 47 lakh applications received this year.
