In Pro Kabaddi League, Puneri Paltan defeated Bengal Warriorz 51-34 in a one-sided match at Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh yesterday.
With this win, Puneri Paltan has reached to third spot in standings. Paltan’s raiders Mohit Goyat, Akash Shinde and Pankaj Mohit inflicted four All Outs throughout the match that helped them registering a crucial win.
In the second match of the day, UP Yoddhas defeated Patna Pirates 44-42 in a thrilling encounter at the same venue. For Pirates, dspite Devank’s 18 points and a Super 10 from Ayan, Yoddha’s dynamic raiding duo of Bhavani Rajput and Gagan Gowda made the difference.
Today, Puneri Paltan will face Jaipur Pink Panthers at 8 PM,followed by another match between Bengaluru Bulls and U Mumba at 9 PM in Noida.
