Union Cabinet has approved revised domestic gas pricing guidelines. The price of natural gas to be 10 percent of the monthly average of the Indian Crude Basket. The move is to ensure stable pricing in regime and provide adequate protection to producers from adverse market fluctuation.
In a tweet today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, the Cabinet decision relating to revised domestic gas pricing has many benefits for consumers. He said, it is a positive development for the sector.
