President Ram Nath Kovind will attend the North Eastern Hill University’s 26th convocation at University campus in Shillong today.
The President will be accompanied by Meghalaya Governor Tathagat Roy, who is also the Chief Rector of the university. Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma will be the guest of honour at the ceremony.
