President Ram Nath Kovind along with the First Lady visited Sri Jagannath Temple at Puri in Odisha and offered prayers to the deities.
He was accompanied by Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Senior officials of district administration and Sri Jagannath Temple Administration.
President is scheduled to visit the world famous Sun Temple at Konark and the Indian Oil Foundation Trust Interpretation Centre there, before winding up his three days’ visit to Odisha.
President Ram Nath Kovind and his wife Savita Kovind contribute Rs 1 Lakh towards the development of Shri Jagannath Dham.
