Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate and dedicate to the nation several key projects of the Railways and others in Gujarat tomorrow via video conferencing. The Railway projects include the newly redeveloped Railway Station at the state capital Gandhinagar, the gauge converted-cum-electrified Mahesana – Varetha line and the newly electrified Surendranagar – Pipavav section. The Prime Minister will also flag off two new trains namely Gandhinagar Capital – Varanasi Superfast Express and MEMU service trains between Gandhinagar Capital and Varetha.
AIR correspondent reports that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate total seven projects in Gujarat through video conferencing tomorrow. These include newly modernized Railway Station and a Five -Star Hotel at the state capital Gandhinagar. The Railway Station and hotel will be in the close proximity of iconic convention-cum-exhibition centre- Mahatma Mandir. He will also launch and start the new Railway lines and trains to connect Varanasi and his home town Vadnagar.
Prime Minister will also inaugurate three new attractions- at Gujarat Science City in Ahmedabad. The aquatic gallery built at a cost of 264 crore rupees has 68 tanks, 28-metre underwater walkway tunnel with 11,600 fishes of 188 species including shark and other aquatic animals. The robotic gallery built at a cost of 127 crore rupees has over 200 robots of 79 varieties for medicine, agriculture, space, defence and even robot waiters serving dishes.
The Nature Park built at a cost of 14 crore rupees on 20-acre land has mist bamboo tunnel, yoga space, open gym, children’s play area, jogging and walking tracks along with other attractions.
