Mumbai Metro and highway infrastructure is set to get a boost when Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Mumbai on Saturday where he will participate in a number of programmes.
PM would perform Bhumi poojan of three metro routes. These routes are Gaimukh, Thane to Shivaji chowk, Mira road. The total length of this route is 11 KM.
Another route is Wadala to GPA. Length of this route is 14 KM.And the third metro route is between Kalyan to Taloja. Total length of this route is 25 KM.
Besides, PM will also perform bhoomi poojan of Metro Bhavan, built to coordinate between metro lines of Mumbai. PM will also inaugurate wangdungri metro station in Mumbai.
Later in the day, PM Modi will address a state-level Empowered Women’s Meet of Self Help Groups in Aurangabad.
