PM Modi to embark on a 3-day visit to Gujarat from today; to dedicate & lay foundation stone of projects worth over Rs 14,500 crore

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a 3-day visit to Gujarat beginning today. During his visit, Prime Minister will dedicate and lay foundation stone of projects worth over 14,500 crore rupees in Gujarat. Mr Modi will declare Modhera as India’s first 24×7 solar powered village. Prime Minister will dedication and lay foundation stone of multiple projects worth more than 3,900 crore rupees in Mehsana. Mr Modi will perform Darshan and Pooja at Modheshwari Mata Temple and visit Sun Temple in Mehsana.

Prime Minister will dedicate and lay the foundation stone of projects worth over 8,000 crore rupees in Bharuch, with focus on chemical and pharmaceutical sector. He will also dedicate and lay the foundation stones of healthcare facilities worth 1,300 crore rupees in Ahmedabad and inaugurate Phase 1 of Modi Shaikshanik Sankul. Dedication and foundation stone of projects related to irrigation, power, water supply and urban infrastructure worth 1,460 crore to be done in Jamnagar.
