Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Alberto Fernandez, the winner of Argentina’s presidential elections. In a tweet, Mr Modi said, he is looking forward to working with him to further expand and deepen the strategic partnership between India and Argentina
Fernandez and his running mate, former president Cristina Kirchner, defeated President Mauricio Macri in Sunday’s polls.
