Pak Rejects India’s Request For Use Of It’s Air Space For PM Modi

Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi rejects the request of India to us its air space for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s flight to New York, United States. Mr Shah says “We have conveyed to the Indian High Commission that we will not allow use of our air space for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s flight.”

India has formally requested Pakistan to allow use of its air space for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s flight to New York, United States.

Pakistan had fully closed its airspace on February 26 after an Indian Air Force (IAF) strike on a Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terror camp in Balakot. Since then, it has only opened two routes, both of them pass through southern Pakistan, of the total 11.
