The Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) has organised a specialized officers military session’s graduation ceremony at one of the BDF units in presence of Major-General Ghanim Ibrahim Al Fodhala, Assistant Chief-of-Staff for Operations.
The event included a brief presentation about the session stages of training including theoretical and applied subjects. The Assistant Chief-of-Staff delivered the graduation certificates to the graduates and prizes to high achievers.
The Bahrain Defence Force is the national service of the Kingdom of Bahrain. It is under the command of Bahrain’s Ministry of Defence and is under the leadership of a commander-in-chief who holds the rank of field marshal.
It numbers about 13,000 personnel (source Wikipedia) and consists of the Royal Bahraini Air Force, Royal Bahraini Army, Royal Bahraini Navy and the Royal Guard. Apart from the BDF, the public security forces and the Coast Guard report to the Ministry of Interior.
