NIDM, NDMA organize workshop on Earthquake Risk Reduction, Resilient Infrastructure

The National Institute of Disaster Management and the National Disaster Management Authority today organized a day-long workshop on the Capacity Building Programme for Earthquake Risk Reduction in New Delhi. The workshop witnessed discussions on improving preparedness and reducing damage control during earthquakes. The workshop also addressed the need for building resilient infrastructure to eliminate the loss of property after tremors.
