NIA Team investigates Drone Attack on IAF Jammu base

NIA team headed by one explosive expert today visited inside premises of technical area of Indian Air Force, Jammu where two low intensity explosions took place this week.

NIA team led by the explosive expert has taken samples of explosions and will examine what type of explosive material has been used in both the explosions.

In the meanwhile, six members of Delhi Special Branch also visited the site of explosions and took samples.

The Team is equipped with latest equipments to check the explosives material.

Meanwhile, Following the recent Drone Attack on the Technical area of Indian Air Force Station in Jammu, authorities in border district Rajouri today ordered a ban on the storage, sale or possession and use and transport of flying machines (Drones) .

An order issued by District Magistrate, Rajouri, Rajesh Kumar Shavan also directed those having drones or like objects in their possession to deposit the same with the local police station.

However, the government agencies using drones for mapping, surveys and surveillance have been asked to inform the local police station in-charge and executive magistrate
