Education Minister Ramesh Pokriyal Nishank today said that the National Education Policy will aid young students in reaching new milestones.
Addressing a webinar on creating awareness about National EducationPolicy-2020, he said, the Ministry under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will make India a superhouse of knowledge and research, helping re-establish India as the Vishwa Guru.
He said, more higher education institutions will use the mother tongue or local language as a medium of instruction.
He further said, private higher education institutions too will be encouraged and incentivised to use Indian languages as medium of instruction and offer bilingual programmes.
