Mumbai: BMC app to receive citizen complaints

Mumbai: After a series of incidents reported with the arrival of monsoon in the city, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has pulled up their socks. The BMC has prepared a mobile application named as MCGM 24*7.

The app will enable the citizens to directly upload the pictures of the potholes through the mobile application. After receiving the complaint, the BMC ward staff would repair the road. Citizens can also check the status of their complaints on the application.

Apart from the application, the BMC has also provided a toll free number 1800221293 to register their complaint. The Whatsapp numbers of BMC road engineers of all the 24 wards in the BMC jurisdiction are given the table.
