In what the Big Four professional services firm describes as an expansion of its local advisory function, KPMG in Bahrain has promoted management consulting practice leader Manav Prakash to its partnership ranks. Employed with KPMG in Manama since 2009, Prakash has amassed more than a decade and a half of consulting experience over the course of his career.
Earning a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (marketing) with the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in India, Prakash started out with Mumbai-based strategy firm Universal Consulting, rising to managing consultant over four and a half years before making the switch with KPMG to the Middle East – where within three years he was made a director.
During his time in the region – where he has worked with many leading organizations in the Government and Private sectors – Prakash has according to the firm developed a deep understanding of the local business environment, and has “contributed significantly, over the years, in building trust with the clients in Bahrain and in the overall growth of our Advisory Practice.”
