Vijay Mallya will be send back to India to face the Rs.9000crore fraud case investigation.
Mallya for his bank loan default on Kingfisher Airlines, he wants to pay nearly Rs.9000crore to the Indian Banks and without repaying the loan, being a defaulter, he escaped from India years back.
Now the BJP Government once again proved their victory – The United Kingdom Court ordered to send the loan defaulter Vijay Mallya back to India.
Though Mallya tweeted to repay 100% payment, The UK court ordered him to go back to India and Mallya requested the court saying Indian Jail do not have proper ventilation.
