During the interaction, representatives from the Uttar Pradesh Government emphasized that Mahakumbh 2025 is set to surpass other major global events in terms of attendance. While the Rio Carnival in Brazil attracts 70 lakh people, the Haj pilgrimage draws 25 lakh, and Germany’s Oktoberfest hosts 72 lakh, the Mahakumbh 2025 is expected to witness an unprecedented 45 crore attendees.
