Kanwar Yatra is in full swing in Uttarakhand. A large number of Kanwariyas are reaching Haridwar to collect water from the Ganges. Over one crore 10 lacs Kanwariyas have gone to their destination with Ganga Jal. District administration and Police have made elaborate security arrangements for the convenience of the Kanwariyas. Full arrangements for langar, toilets and drinking water have been made on the yatra routes.
