India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage crosses 137 crore 37 lakh mark

India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has crossed 137 crore 37 lakh mark. Out of the total vaccination, more than 82 crore 60 lakh vaccine doses have been administered as the first dose, while over 54 crore 77 lakh doses have been administered as the second dose. Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry said, more than 69 lakh 21 thousand vaccine doses were administered till 7 PM yesterday.

As part of the Nationwide Vaccination Drive, the Centre is supporting the States and Union Territories by providing them COVID vaccines free of cost.
