The Indian Community Relief Fund (“ICRF”), handed over a cheque to Mr. Ashish Kumar, Country Manager of Air India responsible for Bahrain, Jordan & Egypt, towards flight fare for individuals who couldn’t afford to purchase tickets to travel to India due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. ICRF has so far supported over 45 individuals to travel back to their hometown through Vande Bharat Mission Flights and other Chartered Flights.
ICRF Chairman Aruldas Thomas expressed special thanks to the generous sponsors who contributed to this great cause.
If anyone who is in need to travel back to India and cannot afford the flight tickets, please get in touch with any of the ICRF members who are ready to assist the deserving parties travel to any destinations in India through Vande Bharat Mission flights.
ICRF is a non-government, non-profit organization established in 1999, working under the patronage of the Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain for the general welfare of the Indian workers in Bahrain at large. Our mission is to give a helping hand to the economically weaker section of the Indian community in Bahrain. This includes Legal Aid, Emergency Help, Community Welfare Services, Medical assistance, Counseling etc. Since its inception ICRF has supported thousands of needy families at the times of distress.
ഇന്ത്യൻ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി റിലീഫ് ഫണ്ട് (“ഐസിആർഎഫ്”) എയർ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ബഹ്‌റൈൻ, ജോർദാൻ, ഈജിപ്ത്
എന്നീ രാജ്യങ്ങളുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമുള്ള കൺട്രി മാനേജർ ആശിഷ് കുമാറിന് ചെക്ക് കൈമാറി. നാട്ടിലേക്കു തിരിച്ചു പോകുന്നതിന് COVID-19 പകർച്ചവ്യാധി കാരണം യാത്രാ ടിക്കറ്റ് വാങ്ങാൻ കഴിയാത്ത വ്യക്തികൾക്ക് വിമാന ടിക്കറ്റ് വാങ്ങി നൽകിയ ഇനത്തിനാണ് ഈ ചെക്ക് കൊടുത്തത് . വന്ദേ ഭാരത് മിഷൻ ഫ്ലൈറ്റുകളിലൂടെയും മറ്റ് ചാർട്ടേഡ് ഫ്ലൈറ്റുകളിലൂടെയും 45 ഓളം വ്യക്തികളെ സ്വന്തം നാട്ടിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങാൻ ഐസിആർഎഫ് ഇതുവരെ പിന്തുണച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു വലിയ ലക്ഷ്യത്തിന് സംഭാവന നൽകിയ ഉദാരമായ സ്പോൺസർമാർക്ക് ഐസിആർഎഫ് ചെയർമാൻ അറുൾദാസ് തോമസ് പ്രത്യേക നന്ദി അറിയിച്ചു.
ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്ക് തിരികെ പോകേണ്ടതും ഫ്ലൈറ്റ് ടിക്കറ്റ് വാങ്ങാൻ കഴിയാത്തവരുമായ ആരെങ്കിലും, വന്ദേ ഭാരത് മിഷൻ ഫ്ലൈറ്റുകളിലൂടെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലേക്ക് പോകാൻ അർഹരായ കക്ഷികളെ സഹായിക്കാൻ ഐസിആർഎഫ് അംഗങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെടുക.
ബഹ്‌റൈനിലെ ഇന്ത്യൻ തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ പൊതുക്ഷേമത്തിനായി ബഹ്‌റൈൻ രാജ്യത്തിലെ ഇന്ത്യൻ അംബാസഡറുടെ രക്ഷാകർതൃത്വത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന 1999 ൽ സ്ഥാപിതമായ ഒരു സർക്കാരിതര, ലാഭരഹിത സംഘടനയാണ് ഐസിആർഎഫ്. ബഹ്‌റൈനിലെ ഇന്ത്യൻ സമൂഹത്തിലെ സാമ്പത്തികമായി ദുർബലരായ വിഭാഗത്തിന് സഹായം നൽകുക എന്നതാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൗത്യം. നിയമ സഹായം, അടിയന്തര സഹായം, കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി വെൽ‌ഫെയർ സേവനങ്ങൾ, വൈദ്യസഹായം, കൗൺസിലിംഗ് തുടങ്ങിയവ ഇതിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.
