In Bihar, a high has been issued in view of election meetings of PM Narendra Modi and other VIP star campaigners.
ADG Police Jitendra Kumar told SPs and DMs of all districts have been instructed in this regard.
PM will adddress 12 election meetings in different constituencies.
Mr Modi will kick off election rallies in Dehri,Gaya and Bhagalpur on October 23.
UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also address election rallies.
The state government has instructed to deploy additional security forces for election meetings throughout the state.
The first phase of polls will be held on October 28 in 94 constituencies spread 17 districts.
Most of the constituencies are in naxal infested areas.
In view of this combing operation has been launched in forest areas to avert untoward incidents.
